Founder and CEO
Chad Hickey is Founder and CEO of Lucky Forks. Lucky Forks is a social responsibility service that helps companies identify, plan and execute their social impact program, preparing them for a quickly changing workforce expectation. The Lucky Forks client realizes that a social impact plan is no longer a nice-to-have, but a necessity to their success. With Millennials and GenZ now representing almost 60% of the workforce, 9 out of 10 expect the company they work for to address social and environmental issues. By executing a consistent social responsibility strategy, Lucky Forks’ customers recruit better talent, retain current employees longer, and increase brand loyalty.
