Knock Knock Give a Sock Children's Holiday Carnival
The Q4 GiveMe5 event will support Knock Knock Give a Sock’s Children’s Holiday Carnival this December. GiveMe5 will takeover all of the carnival booths to bring a winter wonderland holiday event to children that are currently living in homeless shelters. In Q3 we hosted the next event in our #GiveMe5 series: Dodgeball for DonorsChoose.org. Teams came together for a friendly dodgeball competition to raise awareness of DonorsChoose.org and donate $10,000 to the PS 20 Anna Silver schools benefiting over 180 students!! We were so happy to have DonorsChoose.org and PS 20 Anna Silver onsite at the event and participate in the games. Thank you to the companies that took the pledge to prioritize purpose driven entertainment that gives back to community!
GiveMe5 kicked off in Q2 in honor of Women’s Health Month. The event included an intense workout instructed by Holly Rilinger the founder of the LIFTED method. Next, a powerhouse panel of women from the advertising industry took the stage to talk about how to manage work and wellness, what wellness really means and how companies can do more to support. Hear from the attendees on the importance of social impact events and why you should #TakeThePledge.
