GiveMe5 Game Show of Love for Harboring Hearts
In Q4, #GiveMe5 partnered with Knock Knock Give a Sock and Christmas in the City on the Happy Holiday Carnival for kids living in homeless shelters. All of the companies that have taken the pledge in 2019 took over the carnival booths at the event to bring holiday cheer to the community and over 300 kids. Such an incredible day made possible by our GiveMe5 partners!
In Q3 we hosted the next event in our #GiveMe5 series: Dodgeball for DonorsChoose.org. Teams came together for a friendly dodgeball competition to raise awareness of DonorsChoose.org and donate $10,000 to the PS 20 Anna Silver schools benefiting over 180 students!! We were so happy to have DonorsChoose.org and PS 20 Anna Silver onsite at the event and participate in the games. Thank you to the companies that took the pledge to prioritize purpose driven entertainment that gives back to community!
GiveMe5 kicked off in Q2 in honor of Women’s Health Month. The event included an intense workout instructed by Holly Rilinger the founder of the LIFTED method. Next, a powerhouse panel of women from the advertising industry took the stage to talk about how to manage work and wellness, what wellness really means and how companies can do more to support. Hear from the attendees on the importance of social impact events and why you should #TakeThePledge.
